Performance Management – The New Era
From January 2027, employees will have the right to bring claims for unfair dismissal after 6 months service. That leaves employers with a small window to decide whether an employee is meeting expectations before they gain full employment rights. How employers monitor and review employee performance must change (1) if employers are to avoid being burdened with employees who are not performing and (2) hasty decisions leading to a high turnover of staff and heightened recruitment costs.
We are running two events to look at performance management in the new era of the Employment Rights Act 2025 with practical tips. The cost of both events is the same.
£200 plus VAT per delegate; or
£100 plus VAT per delegate if you are a client on our Employer Support Scheme.
We are running an online webinar on Tuesday 6 October 2026 and an in-person event at our offices in Lichfield on Thursday 15 October 2026. The content of both events will be the same but, at the in-person event, we will also hold a “roundtable session” to give you chance to pick the brains of other delegates on any issues that you are grappling with.
