Preventing Harassment in the Workplace

The new Employment Rights Act 2025 brings updated rules into force in October 2026 strengthening the duties on employers to prevent sexual harassment and widening the duties to other forms of third party harassment. We are offering training to help you prepare your workforce for the new rules.

We are running an online webinar on 9 September 2026 and an in-person event at our offices in Lichfield on 17 September 2026. The content of both events will be the same but, at the in-person event, we will also hold a “roundtable session” to give you chance to pick the brains of other delegates on any issues that you are grappling with.
