Keelys’ litigation team expands again

Keelys litigation and dispute resolution team continues to expand with the arrival of Alison Woodbridge as Solicitor. Alison will be assisting the partners, Joanne Davies, Patrick Farrington and Liam Owen on their complex matters together with handling her own portfolio of clients.
Alison brings with her experience in a wide range of civil matters. Whilst her focus will be on Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (ToLATA) claims, in addition to contested wills and probate disputes, she will also handle most types of litigation work, whether in terms of resolving disputes through negotiation and compromise or taking them to trial. Alison’s appointment strengthens still further Keelys’ commitment to providing clients with specialist advice and representation in disputes.
Alison said, “this new role marks an important step in my career, and I am truly looking forward to working alongside a supportive and experienced team”. Joanne Davies, partner and head of litigation said “I am very pleased that we have brought Alison onto our team and am looking forward to continuing our ability to service our clients’ litigation and dispute resolution needs.”
