Employment Tribunal Advocate
We advise over 400 employers throughout the country on a retainer basis. The continued growth in our client basis and the increase in tribunal claims due to the Employment Rights Act means that we are seeking to recruit an Employment Tribunal Advocate.
The role would include:
- Handling your own employment tribunal caseload
- Advocacy on cases managed by other members of the team
- Providing day to day advice to our retainer clients
You will need to be a solicitor or barrister with at least 5 years’ experience of representing employers in the Employment Tribunal. In addition to strong advocacy skills, you would need the ability to give robust, practical advice in plain English.
